Quite a shock seeing my Dad ( David Lewis) in 2 photos on your Webb Page . I have the same photos in one of my old albums. One of many Lewis’s working in the mining industry. He started when he was 13 if I remember correctly
I am sixty now the youngest of three children so I was just a baby when the Photos were taken.
The family moved to Pontypool when I was 4 so around 1958 . Dad worked in Llanhilleth for many years .
